A Solid foundation
Orcas Systems Ltd, trading as Boiler Rapid Repair have been operating in Northern Ireland since 1997; its safe to say that know a thing or two about boilers! Noticing an opportunity to provide a low cost payment solution to customers which would ensure cover for their boiler in any eventuality, the Heatcare Service Plan was born.
In 2007, Heatcare (NI) Ltd was separated from Boiler Rapid Repair to allow focus on strengthening and improving the service we provide to our customers. The ties between Boiler Rapid Repair and Heatcare NI remain strong; BRR are the main heating/plumbing supplier to Heatcare NI, therefore our customers continue to receive service from engineers they know and trust.
In 2019, we restructured the management of Heatcare NI to introduce a fresh, modern and simple approach to the business, while maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service.
We made our biggest changes to the Heatcare Plan since its creation by changing our nomenclature and adding 3 brand new tiers; bringing us to the Heatcare Plan line-up we have today!
